2. Returns for Physical Products

You have 30 days from the date you received the item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

Return Process

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions and a return authorisation number.

Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items except in cases where GBC are at fault. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item (if applicable), we will respond within 1-3 business days..

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are exempt from being returned, including:

  • Items returned not in original condition or without original packaging (where required)
